Some thoughts I agree with

She says some really important and deep things here. This is where I want to be. Not to be a personal trainer, not to have her as my personal trainer, but to embody the confidence that she is talking about here. The "sexiness inside of them." I need to find that "loveable, capable, valuable, suitable, believeable, able to do and be who I really want to be." That's what I'm looking for this year. I guess you could say that's my "news years resolution."
